About Us

Sound Reference has been appointed as the new distributor for Genelec Home Audio in the Middle East. Sound Reference has been established by Ameer Karipal, an Indian National settled in the UAE with more than three decades of experience in the Audio-visual industry to bring the home Audio range of Genelec Active Loudspeakers to the Middle East consumer. He is a businessman who is currently invested in the Electronics, Hotel & Food Industry.

Mr.Ameer Karipal will be ably supported by Suresh Thadani, Business Development Manager who has vast experience in dealing with Home Audio products in the Middle East and Far East markets.

Mr.Thadani has closely worked with Imagine Group, Dubai, UAE ( Distributor for Dynaudio, Krell & Esoteric in GCC) & GR Media Solutions, Dubai, UAE (Distributor for Bowers & Wilkins, Integra). He has also distributed Pioneer Home Audio in South India earlier.
